Thanks everyone for the info. My bad on my original post. I did have "score" as part of the line. I did reexamine the BAYES_99 line and saw that the reason it was not giving it a score of 10 was because that line was commented out. #score BAYES_99 10.0 I will add the "score SARE_ADULT2 BODY 10.0" line to local.cf and see if that will stop delivery of this type of porn spam.
