The sample-spam message is only listed once in pyzor. (that's the first number in the response).
The default setting of pyzor_max requires the message to be listed at least 5 times in pyzor to cause a hit. If you want to see pyzor hit, try a different message that's actually spam in-circulation. Please remember, sample-spam is not intended to be a "matches all rules" thing. It's only guaranteed to be marked as spam by spamassassin.
