Have you remove -L from the setup of SA?

i disbaled it from the local.cf file "skip_rbl_checks 1" and there is
no -L switch in the SPAMDOPTIONS, dumping the spamd options again
SPAMDOPTIONS="-x -u spamd -H /home/spamd -d -q"

ps aux and show us your spamassassin processors
