Not really SA specific, but to add to your list are the SaneSecurity virus definitions for ClamAV which also apparently catches a lot of this type of rodent-mail if you are willing to use third party virus definitions. I have also enabled additional RBL look-ups for our site for some of the quicker responding, but more aggressive RBLs and the additional modest scores from some of these has helped us to catch nearly all of the pdf-type scams.
