Indeed. reject != score. Moreover, I wouldn't put
- MX => private IP
- MX = "*.mx.*"
- MX = CNAME or MX=IP
at the same level.

BTW: please consider using a client that is not broken. Your client doesn't include threading information.

That's what happens when using a proprietary intranet messaging system on the Open Internet (TM). It destroys "open" headers and inserts its own...

I wonder if we need a meta rule
- Subject has "Re:"
- no In-Reply-To and References header
