Is anyone using these [VBounce] rules for spam detection?

We use them for detection ofbacscattered spam.

If so, how have you been scoring them?

We haven't changed the score.

What we do is check if ANY_BOUNCE_MESSAGE hits. If it hits a mail, our mimedefang-filter then tries to exctract the original message and run SpamAssassin on that as well. If it manages to do that, it then uses the higher of the two scores for filtering decisions and header insertion.

I have also given information to our users that they can filter on the inserted header in their email application, but I think that apart from me only two persons currently filter ANY_BOUNCE_MESSAGE messages into a separate folder.
