Thanks to John for pointing out that this misses PO12345...
second try:
Subject =~ /\bPO[^a-z].*\d/i
and if some "PO"s come in without digits, then simply
Subject =~ /\bPO[^a-z]/i
of course, spammers could use "Free PO!?N 69 cents only", but as Matt G.
said, missing some porn spam shouldn't be a problem in this case...
