it will always add SPF headers when appropriate. this has nothing to do
with the fact that the message is spam or not.
The message that I am replying to has:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=-5.489 required=5 tests=[..., SPF_PASS=-0.001,
...
Please run through -D as suggested before.
