Yes, I found the file itself, but it doesn't give much information about it. What is it for? What is "the RegistrarBoundaries code" and why should I update it? This file doesn't have any actual rules in it. Do these settings affect the standard rules or do I need something else? Any possibilities of false positives or negatives here? -- Bowie
