First off, you probably _don't_ want to use whitelist_from. It is a last-resort option that is trivially easy for spammers to spoof.
Generally speaking you have two options to completely trust mail from a given domain:
The preferred option is for the glue layer (whatever hooks SA into your MTA) to recognize that the source domain + IP is fully trusted, and not pass the message to SA at all. If you'll tell the list what MTA you're using and how you have SA glued onto it, specific suggestions will likely follow.
The second option is to use whitelist_from_rcvd to tell SA that mail claiming to be from domain X is whitelisted when it's received from IP address Y (i.e. domain X's outbound MTA).
You shouldn't need to worry about restricting these rules to be in effect for only one recipient domain.
