This is really a postfix question. Follow up on the postfix-users list if needed. you can skip filtering using header_checks. for example /^X-Spam-Status: Yes/ FILTER smtp:[127.0.0.1]:10025 assuming you have an smtpd listening on port 10025 (with filtering disabled). but make sure not to give spammers a free ride: don't skip filtering just because you see "X-Spam-Status: No...". While I am in, using amavisd-new is preferred over running SA directly from postfix.
