The following is the spam headers of a message received:

X-Spam-Relay-Country: FR

It was an HTML message with embedded links etc. I can't understand how the
rules in /var/lib/spamassassin/3.002004/saupdates_openprotect_com/were not
used?

The directory contains around 40 .cf files some of which would certainly
been useful here if they had been called. What could be stopping them from
being called please?
