A meta rule that checks for three things: 1) mention of fedex in body or subject or from 2) \+(234|237|44) phone number in body 3) email address (in body) that is @(gmail|yahoo|hotmail) Naturally, this must be a combination that you feel fairly certain will not cause FP's where you are. This would not be a high scoring rule for anyone living in the UK. :) - Charles
