amavisd handles both SA and clamav, and unlike SA, can quarantine or
delete the viri.
(but it handles user based scoreing and bayes WAY different)
you could check that out.
At least I assume clamav doesn't auto-delete, I've not yet studied all the
docs, but do have freshclam running apparently ok.
