Silly, obvious question: did you (do you) restart spamd after
 running sa-update? spamd does not automatically reread the
 configuration files when they change, you need to restart it if
 you make any configuration changes (including those made by
 sa-update).


... is a fix for that out through sa-update now?
then why am i not getting it?
my channels for sa-update:

saupdates.openprotect.com
updates.spamassassin.org
70_zmi_german.cf.zmi.sa-update.dostech.net
any hints?

As mentioned, restart or reload spamd.
