You should have tried the MailScanner mailing list. stop MailScanner, rm /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming/SpamAssassin.cache.db, and start MailScanner.
More importantly, you need to update spamassassin and MailScanner to more current versions. MailScanner 4.58.9 is over 3 years old, and well out of date.
