Oh! Nah, actually I just said *preferably* adding your own SMTP, and meant "as a buffer between fetchmail and procmail", which I found to be really stable. As opposed to using the MDA option of fetchmail and skipping the default of using a local SMTP. With a home-user setup, I would never use the SMTP for outbound unless relaying. > I wouldn't put dynamic space on any business that was running their > own mailserver in the first place. That is why I said "home mailserver" Indeed. As I understand this thread, this is purely about home usage. And even then, I would never use the local SMTP on dynamic IP for direct delivery of outbound mail. -- char *t="\10pse\0r\0dtu...@ghno\x4e\xc8\x79\xf4\xab\x51\x8a\x10\xf4\xf4\xc4"; main(){ char h,m=h=*t++,*x=t+2*h,c,i,l=*x,s=0; for (i=0;i<l;i++){ i%8? c<<=1: (c=*++x); c&128 && (s+=h); if (!(h>>=1)||!t[s+h]){ putchar(t[s]);h=m;s=0; }}}
