What I am (again!) missing, is the actual list of RCVD_IN_* rules hit. Or, in other words, the DNS BL list providers that do result in a hit. Absence of a few ones will show if your DNS is blocked. So, which of these rules do trigger? How often? And, again, there's no need to send a private copy. On-list only is sufficient.
