The server now works as I want it to (other than enforcing quota in Dovecot/mysql, but this is something else). I would like to thank-you you for all the time you have spent on this. I really do appreciate it. I shall spend some time load testing the server (to see how it copes with lots of spam and AVs), and then take it out into the wild.
