There was already a bug filed for this: https://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=6541

As mentioned in the bug, FRT_DIPLOMA can hit French "diplôme" or "diplômé".

There's also FUZZY_CREDIT that hits on French "crédit" and that should perhaps also be mentioned in the bug. And there are almost certainly other similar cases in other European languages.
