Thanks Karsten, the meta rules in local.cf works for me, no surgery or
recompile necessary.

My spamassassin/postfix server held up pretty well, I was alerted to
oom-killer kernel messages Sunday morning, and again this morning, while
trying to debug the problem I was headed down razor/pyzor timeout issues
since fork errors were the only clue I had to go on, until I caught up
on this mailing list thread.  Thank you guys!
