DKIM_SIGNED postive score

Hi,

I note :
        DKIM_SIGNED=0.1

I've looked high and low and dont seem to be adding this locally,
shouldn't it be a negative score of 0.1?
Or better still, null, and only get a score if valid which is applied
(DKIM_VALID=-0.1,), Seems the above only cancels this out and either way
is not needed, or am I missing something?
