The original claim was done Ted Mittelstaedt. Michael Scheidell narrowed it
to broken reaction to 4xx after RCPT command.

I just added that the 4xx after RCPT may have different reason than
recipient limit crossed and (indirectly) asked Ted if he can confirm his
greylist returns 4xx after RCPT stage.

Just for curiousity I'll search our logs for similar problems with yahoo.

Imho, running greylist after data stage has some advantages, however Yahoo
should be ok even with 4xx after RCPT.
