FYI, it's the "spamchk" script mentioned on the page what integrates
spamassassin to postfix. Postfix can't use spamassassin directly, you _need_
to use something and that somethink

If you'd tell us "spamchk" at the begin, we'd know. And you are not using
"spamassassin with postfix" but you are using spamchk.

spamchk has an option to divert spam scoring over 10 points to alternate
address. That's apparently what should be replaced by something that would
reject accepting of the mail.

Note that this kind of spam filter should run as pre-queue filter (so you
could reject mail at SMTP time). 

However this is already question for postfix admins, and as such it belongs
to postfix mailing list. SpamAssassin does only checks messages for spam,
what to do with them later is not SpamAssassin's business.
