make a info tdl rule with a score of 2.5, and make a whitelist of
info domains that does not spam, make sure spammers only send one
domain to get whitelisted

read it one more time, same goes for other tlds hey i got a new domain,
whant to blacklist it too ?
my suggestion makes all unknown domains a spam domain yes, but i
whitelist if it not spam from dkim/spf
