http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/perl/SLE_10/src/spamassassin-3.3.1-46.1.src.rpm

seems to be latest possible update, cause of unresolvable depencies

you may download spamassassin-3.3.1-46.1.src.rpm

and do rpmbuild --rebuild spamassassin-3.3.1-46.1.src.rpm

or use
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/perl/SLE_10/...../spamassassin-3.3.1-46.1.i586.rpm
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/perl/SLE_10/.../perl-Mail-SpamAssassin-3.3.1-46.1.i586.rpm

why are you thinking 3.3.1 isnt good enough for you ?

i am on 3.3.1-1 on ubuntu lucid lts it works still nice
