I built v3.4.0 for fc18, and it didn't seem to require it. Perhaps it's
already installed with fedora on fc18.
I see there is a 'svn_only.pre" loadplugin line that can be uncommented,
but I don't see the module included anywhere in the svn source.
you don't need to touch/use/worry about that
how did you get the source?
how did you build SA ?
My (unrequested) advice: avoid Fedora! It's a Beta for the real thing,
and the real thing is either RHE or Centos
