So have I, though not from 'world saviours'. Speaking of which, I notice
that mail from Avaaz is conveniently self-classifying itself as spam
without any additional action needed from me.

I give this sort of 'semi-legit' newsletter the full spam treatment on
the grounds that they may well be using a their 'unsubscribe' mechanism
as a way of collecting validated e-mail addresses for sale to other
spammers.
