Hi,
Running a 4 server cluster of SA servers with MySQL running on one. 2 running
auto learn and the other two just
doing queries. Looks like I average about 6300 queries a minute. No
noticeable problems with it.
So they are all separate from each other, not sharing a common bayes db?
Is anyone sharing bayes databases with mysql? Performance has been
horrible with any configuration I've tried. It would avoid having to
rsync the FNs to learn them for each system.
Thanks,
Alex
Yes - that was my experience with MySQL as well. I'm now running 7
servers using a common DB with autolearn running on all of them. But I'm
using MariaDB and so far after about 6 hours, it's still running. MySQL
never lasted this long.
I'm running a desktop motherboard with an 8 core AMD CPU and 32 gigs of
ram and I'm using SSD drives raid 0 so it screams. I'm hoping it will
continue to work. We'll see if it makes it to tomorrow.
So far the conversion to MariaDB was painless. I'm somewhat impressed so
far.
