Assuming you don't need more than one domain, that will work.
BTW, I looked into mimedefang as you mentioned and there unfortunately
seems to be very little tutorials available for getting a complete
postfix, spamasassin, clamav relay server setup with before the queue
processing. Im trying to make my anti-spam solution simple and easy to
maintain and upgrade. The less configs, the better.
