re: 3.4.0 - 3.4.0 rc5 will be out today as I'm building it now. I am
hopeful that there are no other blockers to releasing 3.4.0 so fingers
crossed for something this week. Someone chime in if you think I'm wrong.
re: KAM.cf - The KAM.cf rules historically have three issues being
brought into the official rules:
1 - I actually do not use masscheck so the corpora I use for rule
development is not included. This makes many of the rules fail to be
published.
2 - Historically the project will not allow "poison pill" rules that
score about 5.0 though I think I could argue that my rules are usually
meta or have a strong reason for high scoring.
3 - I like to be able to use the rules instantly without the delay
involved in the rule publish process.
I have some ideas on fixing these problems but overall things are
working so there isn't too much need to change those processes.
Re: RBL - The RBL work I have to get approval from the foundation but
I've started that process with the latest quarterly report for the
project. I'm hopeful we can run it under the project as an official RBL
building on my experience with other RBLs and running mirrors, etc. I've
