I think your best hope is the Bayesian filter. How is it being trained?

I have my own ideas on this, which I am possibly reconsidering. But you can view the recent recommendations I have gotten on this list. My vote still goes to having users do ongoing manual training with individual bayes_* databases. There are a couple of people making pitches for autolearn and system-wide databases. I don't think more DNSBL's are the solution. As I mentioned in a previous post, you can't snipe spam with a bazooka.
