That looked to me like the spammers were paying for the IP address ranges
which we were discussing being blocked

that's why spammers mostly use hijacked servers or enduser machines like on ore most likely more IP's in the /24 network of the thread starter, he is just a victim of another fool not are about security updates on his webservers if you follow the thread
