Yes, after it's received, there are a ton of things that could be done
to block it (including my local RBL). I was hoping for something
preventative.

greylist longer then time to get rbl listed so, sqlgrey can keep greylist botlist, in that case copy blacklist_from to be in sqlgrey aswell to allways being greylisted, when timeout to be accepted botnets a rbl listed

in spamassassin i dont like to use ip banning of spams, since a single ip can be unlimithed domains
