James, I have been using "milter-regex" for years and one of its knobs will refuse non-english characters (and mnuch, much more) and those emails won't even reach as far as spamassassin. On my system, it's the first filter right after Spamhaus and other reject stuff. Low overhead. It's in the ports.... Warmest regards, Mark Chino --
