Microsoft says that there is no way at whitelisting any mail. The best I assume you can do is the following:
- Use the same IP address for a long while - Set up SPF - Set up DomainKeys - Set up DKIM - Have an easy way of opting out of emails. If someone does have a secret trick into getting Microsoft to accept email please do say so, the majority of my email to Outlook/Hotmail/Live addresses are getting silently dropped.
