Please tell us the exact command you are running.
Please also tell us which user you are running it as.
I'm also going to assume that you're saying you get these problems when
running from the command line, but not when running "normally", so please tell
us how you run spamassassin "normally" - how is it plugged in to your mail
delivery path?
