You can by running the BOTNET plugin.

Since you probably trust your ISP, why not add its MX(s) and MTA to
your trusted_networks list in local.cf?

This will stop SA from doing rDNS lookups on them

the topic is about the IP vom the Received-header of the trusted IP, in other words about the non-trusted machine delivered the message to the ISP
