Strictly speaking, it was a quarantined message, not a DSN. I also tried manually inserting the email address between the <> and it still didn't work. I also tried formatting the From: header properly: From: Sprint User <5556142...@pm.sprint.com> and it still doesn't work. I'm thinking now it's something else related to it being a quarantined message.
