This worked for for my recent C7 rebuild:
rpmbuild --rebuild spamassassin-3.4.1-2.fc23.src.rpm
Looks like you can go a little newer to this and it will still build
successfully:
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/25/Everything/source/tree/Packages/s/spamassassin-3.4.1-9.fc25.src.rpm
Built and installed and it seems to be working so far. Thanks!
The redirector issues appear to be between 3.4.1 and Trunk now...
