the header incorrectly.
Focusing on just the tests, you hit URIBL_BLOCKED. Here's the
description for that test:
ADMINISTRATOR NOTICE: The query to URIBL was blocked. See
http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/DnsBlocklists\#dnsbl-block for more
information.
