Your json object looks good. I stored it in a file and used the File Stream Adapter and everything worked fine. So I guess the problem with with the MQTT connection. Do other topics work with this MQTT broker or are you using it for the first time? Can you please provide the logs for the service “connect-worker-main”? This service tries to establish a connection to the MQTT broker, subscribes to some sample events and returns the event schema of those events. At the time when you create the adapter, are events coming on the broker? Is the broker running on the same host or a different one? To test that no Ports are blocked you can log into the container with “docker exec -it #ContainerId” and try to ping the MQTT broker. I hope this will help. Kind regards, Philipp > On 23.
