Hi Federico,
I ran into the same issue yesterday in one of our build servers.
There seems to be an issue with the plotly dependency, but we are not quite
sure why this happens now.
I fixed it with the following command:
* git config --global url."https://".insteadOf git://
This changes all links to git repositories from “git://“ to “https://“.
