Hello Federico, I had similar effects and realized that some of the docker-compose files are not compatible with new docker-compose versions 2.x. In my case version 1.29.2 seems to work. This effects mostly docker-compose.dev.yml files. For this reason this effect occurs if you use a ./streampipes profile with dev options.
