Hi,

Thank you for the report. I know the error message ask you to send the
report to this mailing list. Unfortunately it seems that TortoiseSVN
Project Monitor sometimes is calling the Subversion library with an invalid
path. This is really a problem with TortoiseSVN. I have tried to reproduce
this issue but unfortunately I failed.
