För infoNär ett LO-dokument öppnas skapas alltid en gömd låsfil (oftast under samma katalog som dokumentet.) Väljer man "visa dolda filer" i Utforskaren, finns en eller flera filer som heter något liknande .: .~lock.Helens fil.ods#Den kan man ta bort (om originalfilen är sparad utan problem). Vilka filer som kan öppnas och av vem brukar normalt styras av operativsystemet, inte av enskilda program. Vilket operativsystem och vilken version använder du? Har du försökt att öppna filerna med något annat än LibreOffice? Blir det samma resultat? Om du byter ut filändelsen mot .zip, kan du då öppna filen som om det vore en zip-fil? Kan du se vilka rättigheter filen har (jag vet som sagt inte vilket operativsystem du har)? Har du gjort något ovanligt precis innan du fick detta problem? Exempelvis kört något program du aldrig kört förut, installerat något eller liknande?
