I only have a single form on one of the pages where it's not working and
several on another one where it's not working either. In fact, none of
them work in my application :( I'm using 4.1.1-SNAPSHOT but I believe
that this problem was even there in 4.0.2 I'll try to post in JIRA later
today if I have time.

Hmm...This should be working correctly.
I went through the same thing the other day and found that there were
actually a few forms on the page, so I had to pick which one I wanted to
give higher "default" priority to using the @Form focus parameter.
If it really looks like a bug a JIRA issue would be much appreciated.

relevant examples so I can re-produce)

For the time being I'm using "dojo.addOnLoad" with
"dojo.html.selectInputText" and it seems to do the trick.
