Robert, nice suggestions. My idea was to add to to add two methods to
URLRewriterRule, boolean rewritesInboundURLs() and rewritesOutboundURLs()
(or any other better name, suggestions welcome) to URLRewriterRule and
then change the internal services implementation accordingly.
