Something I forgot to mention is that Tapestry is an Apache project,
so Howard, even being the creator and main force behind the project,
cannot just choose new committers. There is a process for admitting
new committers: http://apache.org/dev/#committers. For example, there
must be a vote. Search the Tapestry dev mailing list to see some
examples of that if you haven't already.
