Accordingly the content lenght is always the same.
That's strange, because normally Tapestry let's the servlet container take
care of static files. Anyway, there's a solution: take a look at
http://tapestry.apache.org/tapestry5.1/guide/conf.html, Ignored Paths
section. Put the JAR files in a folder and configure Tapestry to ignore it.
